How to apply?

-Top layer: consisting of quarry sand. (+/- 10cm). This ensures good cushioning and avoids injuries.
-Artificial grass: prevents the sand and the substrate from becoming mixed. This also dampens and prevents the horses from digging. This replaces paddock plates that cost + € 20 / m². -Under construction top layer: Fine stone rubble. (+/- 5 cm) -Under construction: Coarse mixed rubble. (+/- 15 cm) Depending on the subsurface, you can still place drainage. |
Advantages compared to paddock plates

Used artificial grass is up to 75% cheaper than paddock plates with better functionality and quality. Used artificial grass costs €3 - €4 / m² vs. Paddockplates cost € 20 - € 25 / m².

You can simply roll out the used artificial grass with a tractor or something similar. If you want to lay out 200 m², you only need 1 roll of artificial grass and not 800 paddock plates (50 cm x 50 cm).
